OEM match, custom formulation, consistent batch to batch.
Color-matching and formulation services that keep every unit in a fleet inside a tight visual tolerance, year after year.
What this service actually is.
Color matching is where a paint shop earns or loses a fleet account. It's also the single most common place a repaint goes wrong. A truck returns from a body shop close enough, then parks next to the rest of the fleet and looks visibly different. That small mismatch is what a fleet manager sees every day for the next decade.
We treat color as a measurable output, not a judgment call. Computer-assisted formulation produces a candidate match, manual draw-downs are cut against the reference target, and every batch is documented so the next truck can land inside the same tolerance.
For custom corporate colors, we build a reference formula, archive it, and work from that archive for every subsequent vehicle. A brand color you approve on truck number one is the same brand color on truck number one hundred.
What we do under this service.
Our process for this kind of work.
Every job runs through the same structured workflow. Every stage has a checkpoint, and every checkpoint has a sign-off.
Target Acquisition
We pull the target from the vehicle, from an approved sample, or from a documented brand specification.
Candidate Formulation
Computer-assisted matching generates a starting formula. We refine it manually on a draw-down card before committing to a batch.
Approval Draw-down
For custom colors and fleet programs, the draw-down is approved by the customer before any vehicle is sprayed.
Batch Archive
The approved formula is logged and archived. Every future job on the same program pulls from the same reference.
When customers ask us for this work.
Fleet color consistency
Keeping a fleet uniform across years of refinishing. Every unit should look like it came from the same batch.
Custom brand colors
Corporate colors that need to match a brand specification across every vehicle and every repaint.
Single-unit OEM repair
Matching an original OEM color on a single unit so the repair is invisible next to the rest of the fleet.
